What areas do you serve? We proudly serve all of Southeast Michigan, including Detroit, Ann Arbor, Troy, Monroe, and surrounding cities. We also offer long-distance & international shipping out of the Detroit area to anywhere else in the world, and have plans to expand our service area in the near future.
Do you offer local, long-distance, and international moves? Yes, we handle moves of all sizes across the street or across the globe.
How far in advance should I book my move? Booking 1–2 weeks ahead is ideal. We also offer same-day moves (based on availability and for an extra fee).
Do you move on weekends and holidays? Yes, we do! Availability may vary, so it’s best to book early.
Do I need to be present during the move? It’s preferred, but if you can’t be there, we’re happy to coordinate with someone you trust.
What happens if it rains or snows on moving day? We move rain or shine! We’ll take extra precautions to keep your belongings safe.

How do you calculate the cost of a move? We offer both hourly and flat-rate pricing depending on your needs.
What are your hourly rates? $60/hr/mover and $10/hr for the truck, with a $150 minimum for one person and $240 minimum for 2 people.
Do you offer flat-rate pricing? Yes! We offer flat rates starting at $299 for small moves and up to $1,699 for Mansion Moves.
What’s included in the price? Every move includes 30 minutes of drive time, premium blankets, and other moving essentials.
Are there any hidden fees? Aside from a 3% fee if paying by credit card, no. We believe in total transparency and honesty—no surprise charges.
Do you offer free estimates? Yes, we do! Call or text for a quick quote.
Is tipping required? Tips are never required or expected, only appreciated!

Do you provide packing and unpacking services? Yes, we offer full-service packing and unpacking options.
Can you disassemble and reassemble furniture? Absolutely—we bring the tools and handle it all.
Do you move specialty items like pianos, safes, or pool tables? Yes, we handle fragile and heavy specialty items with care.
Do you offer junk removal or donation drop-off? We sure do. Let us know what you need removed or donated.
Can I hire movers without a truck? Yes—our labor-only option is perfect if you just need help loading or unloading.
Can you help with mounting or unmounting TVs and shelves? Yes, we offer basic mounting and unmounting services.

What should I do to prepare for moving day? Clear walkways, label boxes, and disconnect appliances. For a detailed guide, check our moving day checklist.
Can you help with packing supplies and boxes? Yes—we can bring boxes, tape, and other supplies if requested ahead of time.
Do I need to empty my dresser drawers? We recommend removing anything heavy, loose, or breakable, but we can move them with the drawers in.
What items cannot be moved? We can’t transport alcohol, firearms, flammables, explosives, perishables, or hazardous materials.
What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy? Please give us 24 hours’ to reschedule for no extra cost.
Do I need to pay a deposit? Not always—deposit requirements vary based on the size and urgency of the job.

What is VIP Copy/Paste Moving? It’s our premium service for folks who dont want to deal with anything moving related. We come in, pack, move, and unpack your belongings to replicate your old setup—or adjust it just how you like.
How does the referral program work? Send your friends our way and have them mention your name when booking. You’ll earn 11% of their total move cost—no sign-up needed.
Can I refer myself? Great idea but unfortunately no. Referrals must be outside your household to qualify for rewards.
