Pricing Options Overview

We offer two easy pricing options—hourly rates or flat rates—so you can pick what works best for your move. Both are designed to be simple, upfront, and stress-free, with no hidden fees or surprises.

Hourly Rates

$60/hour per mover

$10/hour for the truck

Everything you need is included—no surprise fees. The only exceptions: a 3% surcharge if paying by credit card and a $50/person fee for same-day moves. Hourly pricing not available for Junk Removal.

Flat Rates

We offer a 10% discount if a truck is not needed. Be sure to check out what’s included and what’s not included further down the page.

Junk Removal

Pricing starts at $125 for a few items, $199 for a quarter truck, $299 for a half, $399 for three-quarters, and $499 for a full truck. Based on a 16 ft box truck (616 cu. ft.). All labor and dump fees included.

We believe in keeping things simple and transparent. That’s why our flat rate includes all the essential tools and materials you need for a smooth move—like moving blankets, wardrobe boxes, shrink wrap, and even 30 minutes of drive time based on Google Maps. These are things we think should come standard, and we don’t believe in surprise fees for the basics.

Not Included in Flat Rate Moves

  • ⚠️ Drive Time Over 30 Minutes (1 hour for $1000+ Moves)

    Drive time between old residence & new residence. Based on Google Maps ETA. Extra drive time billed at $60/hr/person

  • ⚠️ Furniture Assembly or Disassembly Beyond 30 minutes

    Optional add-on, we recommend disassembling beforehand. 60 minutes included for $1000+ Moves

  • ⚠️ Packing Services

    Full/partial packing available—materials & labor priced separately

  • ⚠️ Extra Stops Along the Way

    Additional pickup/drop-off locations may increase time and cost

  • ⚠️ Waiting for Items to Be Packed

    No extra fee as long as packing is finished while we’re moving other items. Charges only apply if we’re waiting with nothing to do

  • ⚠️ Specialty Item Handling

    Pianos, safes, large fridges, oversized items may require extra fees

  • ⚠️ Long Carry Fees

    Applies if truck-to-residence distance exceeds 75 ft

  • ⚠️ Elevator Wait Fees

    Applies in high-rises with long wait times or scheduling requirements

  • ⚠️ Multiple Flights & Stair Carries

    No charge for a few items or one flight! A small fee may apply for moves with multiple flights or lots of heavy items up and down stairs. We’ll always let you know ahead of time.

  • ⚠️ Same-Day Moves

    $50/person additional fee

  • ⚠️ Credit Card Fees

    3% surcharge applies

Our flat rate is based on the estimated number of hours it takes to complete your move under normal conditions. However, some tasks—like disassembling furniture, packing boxes, or long drives—require more time and effort. When these situations come up, we charge a bit extra to ensure our team is paid fairly for the additional work. This helps us maintain a high level of service while keeping our pricing fair and honest for everyone.
